Karyn has developed promotional materials, organized public activities, moderated panels and been a panelist at various conventions. In 2003 she was co-chair for the Western Writers of America 2003 Convention.
As a performing poet, historian and storyteller, Karyn gives readings and workshops at venues that include all levels of academia, television, radio, as well as civic and public clubs.
